As part of our service we will advise you on statutory controls and procedures which might affect your project. As our client we will help ensure your project complies with planning legislation, building regulations, health and safety rules and fire regulations.

In the case of Listed Building status or dealing with a project in a Conservation Area, we have the right team and ability to design and manage works to historic buildings and deal with all controlling authorities, from the local council's planning and building control department up to English Heritage.

Once the initial designs are agreed with you, we will make sure all the drawings and relevant documents are prepared and completed to create a formal application for planning consent where required.

We will provide a comprehensive and detailed bill of quantity to estimate the projects total costs. Also we can prepare construction documentation and tender packages combining the drawings and specification documents of works.

We will prepare a building notice submission to local authority's building control departments to enable them to supervise works to ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations.
